Does it have a novel? If not, then the author should have full control over the plot, and they can change the story however they want. And I am still hoping that it turns into BL, and believe me, I will be the first person to purchase every chapter in one go.

I actually know of a throuple manga with 2 sekes & 1 seme. It's probably one of the best stories with this setting I've ever read. What's so rare about this throuple is that they actually all love each other & it's not the typical 2 semes like the same uke scenario. & lemme add that there's no rape or jealousy between the 3 & it's a completely organic relationship. It's called Boys Love! by Matsumoto Miecohouse, but it's sadly not available on this website. Though there seems to be english translations available, you gotta purchase them (3 volumes in total). I also found raws to the 2nd volume on mrm if you wanna check it out for a preview haha.
