Ueda sensei hits us with yet another masterpiece! I really thought i was gonna dislike this manga because the uke is my least favourite type of character but goddamn i almost teared up at the end.... This is incredible. I wasn't expecting such compelling character development .
Idk about the seme but ueda sensei really does have magic in her hands. Every single manga is a goddamn banger! Except of wonder border I enjoyed every manga thoroughly and this one is just beautiful!!! I'll never get tired of re-reading sensei's works

The partner isn’t bothered by the incident and honestly that’s the least messed up thing about the story, I think it won’t bother you, it’s in a way that’s not really relevant. based on how the characters are it’s par for the course.

This is gonna sound so bad but unfortunately i've somewhat gotten used to rape scenes in yaois because authors just add it in for no reason and then the characters act like nothing ever happened qnd doesn't even recognize it! It happens too often that I just got somewhat accustomed to it but every once in a while i see stories like these and it just pisses me off so much! There was no need to ruin a wholesome story like this with a forced and prolonged assault scene
And to top it of, Yui for sure will forgive him bc it can't be helped that Kou loves him (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

This is it exactly! I've had to get used to certain aspects of it and when I can move past it for a story, but this one was so unnecessary, so out of the blue, and honestly so horrible while played off lightly already that it's even more heartbreaking. I thought we'd finally started to really move away from this and then stuff like this happens. And the commenter is right he will 100% feel bad for him or forgive him because it "couldn't be helped" or something dumb like that

This is cute but i want the seme to open up a bit more... Idk it just feels like the uke is the only one putting in effort and being anxious all the time. I like stoic characters but for this story I think it would've been a little better if the seme grew more caring and loving towards the uke (in volume 2 especially) , bur maybe that's just me being nitpicky. Regardless i like the story a lot. It 's pretty decent
