I'm actually really excited for this. As much as I love hazuki and naoto I do think they need this kind of drama. They haven't had a real fight as a couple . I think incidents like this are important to bring two people closer and understand each other better.
That being said Hazuki is in the wrong here. But since his arc has been well established it doesn't feel like it came out of nowhere. The comment below me (kimshera) explained it perfectly. I'm really excited to see how this plays out

I read this manga a year ago and it suddenly appeared in my dream for some reason. Now I need to vent my thoughts on it otherwise i can't sleep...

I don't care what anyone says I freaking hate the seme so fucking much! He's such a hypocrite and a whiney little digshit! I couldn't stand him for most of the story and yea he did get a "good" character development but It was extremely hard for me to root for their relationship after he cheated on mel with the ex bf. It bothers me even more because it was so irrelevant and barely played any role in the story!!! I just can't get over cheating. I tried to look past it when he cheated the first time with some random guy because the relationship wasn't that developed yet but then he cheated AGAIN SO NONCHALANTLY !! At that point The relationship was sooo fleshed out. But that one scene threw me off so much. Every single development up until that point felt useless . After that it was hard for me to focus and rot for him at all. When i read this for the first time this it made me so angry and frustrated. I was depressed for like a the whole day.
And i'm not even gonna comment on his hypocrisy o my gwad! The moment he slapped mel i almost threw my phone at the mirror holy shittt!

Speaking of mel i really wonder if the author has some personal rivalry with him. Every single bad thing that can happen to to person happened to mel. He was abused / assaulted as a kid, abandoned in the street, forced to sell his body for food, got stuck in toxic relationship. He was raped several times throughout the story, almost died (suicide attempt), had all of his partners cheat on him, Got kidnapped and locked in a basement like wtf! At one point it was just hard for me to keep on reading because all the bad things kept happening to one character constantly... Considering everything that happens, it feels like he should be the most mentally unstable character but weirdly it he's somehow the sanest of them all. Every single character in the story was a dick to.him and they barely faced any consequences for it!! I'm freaking mad aghhh


Sorry for my useless rant. I just needed to get it out of my system. I'm extra bitter because i was so invested in the storyline the cheating scene was really the deal breaker for me. Anyways...

This is cute but i want the seme to open up a bit more... Idk it just feels like the uke is the only one putting in effort and being anxious all the time. I like stoic characters but for this story I think it would've been a little better if the seme grew more caring and loving towards the uke (in volume 2 especially) , bur maybe that's just me being nitpicky. Regardless i like the story a lot. It 's pretty decent

Ueda sensei hits us with yet another masterpiece! I really thought i was gonna dislike this manga because the uke is my least favourite type of character but goddamn i almost teared up at the end.... This is incredible. I wasn't expecting such compelling character development .

Idk about the seme but ueda sensei really does have magic in her hands. Every single manga is a goddamn banger! Except of wonder border I enjoyed every manga thoroughly and this one is just beautiful!!! I'll never get tired of re-reading sensei's works

This is gonna sound so bad but unfortunately i've somewhat gotten used to rape scenes in yaois because authors just add it in for no reason and then the characters act like nothing ever happened qnd doesn't even recognize it! It happens too often that I just got somewhat accustomed to it but every once in a while i see stories like these and it just pisses me off so much! There was no need to ruin a wholesome story like this with a forced and prolonged assault scene
