Osiris manipulated and emotionally hurt the people around him including Seth just to attain him. In the QA Horus is shown to actually care about Seth and wishes to secure his safety even. That’s the difference between their “love”

Horus does have feelings for Seth and yeah he does want to touch Seth but not in the form of rape ,he likes Seth too much to ever force him ,he wasn't himself when he did that cause he was under a spell and when the spell was lifted he even apologized and let Seth beat him even tho it wasn't his fault but Seth came there to rape Horus in his very SANE MIND !
