So summary is art style change(not that bad ).And tsukaki want his dead sister to be revive and happy,in order to do that,he need to revive the count who create servamp.Lily is the mastermind and mikuni is fuck up. Kuro is actually a kind human young man who die to save his village.And the count is currently obsessed with kuro too much that he wanna became one with kuro.So the count create tsubaki to carry the mission of reviving him in kuro body by sacrificing the whole Tokyo.
If you ask me, it's similar to full metal alchemist brotherhood,in order to make philosopher stone,many life were kill to do that, immortality .And in this servamp,many life were sacrifice and summon a demon to attach into a death body,like that,the owner of the body and demon coexist in one body becaming a vampire. Apparently,sloth demon seem to be the strongest.
