Right now Soo Ae and Eunhyeok seems like the most obvious endgame. So second male lead is definitely Dohwa. What if the Marang CEO forces Dohwa and Soo Ae to be the endgame? I searched the whole of internet for the novel and there is no complete english translation of the whole novel except for sleepy translation. Those people have only tanslated till chapter 8 which corresponds to the manhua chapter that came out on June 27th. Ridibooks - the publications which own the semantic error novel sells the novel online...but since I can't read or understand korean I can't buy it. Plus it's hard to sign up on their website since i don't have a hangul keyboard too. Inshort i'll have to wait patiently till sleepy translations update the next chapter in the novel. But the Manhua is one chapter ahead of the novel translation. So there's no way I'll know all of the crazy things that happen in the novel unless I befriend a korean person who knows how to read and write both korean and english lol
Considering the novel has 109 chapters, now I'm feeling a bit dreaded over how long the manhwa will take before it completes. (⊙…⊙ )

4 episodes. I think its only promotional animation for the upcoming webdrama. The animation didn't portray the manhwa events. I guess it s from either the Novel or just made up promotion for the webdrama?
