I don't mind stories like this. I just see this as someone's fetish/kink that they wrote out. Disturbing stuff doesn't bother me too much anymore, at least, when it's fictional. I think that is saving me a lot of mental gymnastics these days.
Only problem I have is that I don't like the daughter/niece. She's kind of annoying to me. She's really childish, and it could stem from her trauma, but at this point she's supposably 20, acting like a horny teenager. There is something for everyone. Some people have this kind of fetish, and I am not here to shame anyone for what they're into-

Not being able to distinguish reality and fiction is an entirely separate issue. No sane person is going to read this, and thing the stuff happening in this story is okay, because that's just not realistic.
Emphasis on "sane" because there is always that margin of degenerates that are going to read this fictional story and take it as reality.
I'm not going to argue, I see this both ways, and I see the one way to actually fix a story like this; establish implied consent in some way, easy. Though, this isn't going to happen, it's more like a lesson to people writing stories like these because they have a fetish. Having this kind of fetish doesn't make anyone explicitly evil or anything, imo.
