That's actually fanart to a novel trilogy called Captive Prince. Blonde on the prince and the other one is a captive slave his kingdom. It's got angst, politics, and some gayness through the trilogy. But let me warn you that the first book is rough to read and hard to stomach for some as it includes situations of rape, slavery, and written intended hatred for the blonde prince. It does get better, as long as you are you stomach it but it is a great trilogy.
