There's really no justification for what he did to the uke while working on their JOB and as his position as his boss except harassment and childish pettiness, over something that happened a decade ago. Like, where's your professionalism? And he really did that coz he likes the uke? Honey you're not in kindergarten anymore. Hope the author doesn't brush that off in later chapters and uke gets the apology he deserves.
