Does this story focus on different couple combinations? Like is it Xinlue x Jeong Taeui and Ilay x Jeong Taeui? I prefer to follow stories where there's only one guy with the main character.

The only thing confusing about this one for me was the fan translation. I gave up and waited for the official translation, no problems after that.
I find myself doing that a lot because fan translations tend to start fine but then series take years to do and it ends up being shuffled between multiple fan translators who don't always have the time or fluency level to effectively tell the story.

Here it's tagged as Yaoi but I read reviews on Baka Updates that is not really Yaoi but Shonen Ai. Also is this a ploy/threesome thing?
Honestly i don't know for sure the classification between shonen ai and yaoi. but i think this is still yaoi because there's a smeggsy scene, even though it is not clearly shown. Also this isn't a threesome, more like a love triangle(?) besides the endgame is already very obvious.

I think something went wrong with the production of this series towards the end. There are 3 people who wrote and illustrated it and its barely mentioned on any of their twitters even on the month it finished. I don't think they were intentionally trying to screw readers over or anything.
I wonder if there was a contractual issue or maybe a falling out. It doesn't appear any side stories are forthcoming.

The artist/author lost their brother and the complaining that the author shouldn't have came back and continued at all, like seriously have a fucking heart you nerds.
Art is exceptional but all the characters motivations were very black and white and the author threw every single bl trope that could at this thing. You can predict every thing that happens in this story.
