I think it’s more likely that he simply did not like He Tian in that capacity at all at that point. If it was something darker by now OX would’ve given implications. Going back to the earlier chapters it would be weirder if Mo accepted the kiss since before that He Tian treated him harshly (regardless of why). People want progress faster so they maybe don’t want to admit it but truth is Mo has only just begun accepting He Tian and even then still not romantically. Only as a friend. Even if Mo feels any attraction he will never admit it right now. This is probably why in the couple drawings Old Xian with both pairs making a heart symbol with their hands Mo cannot fully complete the heart with He Tian.

The novel implies that they are. In future chaps, there are steamy panels but nothing detailed on what they do. Now, I’m thinking of two reasons for this:
1. Kakao is very strict with censorship. Thus, no sex scenes. Because of that, the writers might have decided to release such scenes in the English ver instead.
2. They may not want to ruin the aesthetics. That is light saber dicks and weird f**latio scenes. Momentum does have a nice way of censoring things but idk prolly the authors are not overly fond of missing anatomical parts.
So we’ll take what we can get for now. And yes, they’re f**king.

My bad for using the term novel in reference to the manhwa. There’s no novel for this. With regards to the English ver of the manhwa, I guess there’s still no news of it being released soon. All I’ve read somewhere that Haga wants to release it also to the international fans but they’re still looking for online publishers.
