Reasons why this webtoon is so good and unique:
1. Good portrayal of trauma (without showing too much of the violence) and ptsd (random triggers, medications, sleep issues, etc)
2. Mc is not weak, he is complex just like any other character
3. Ex relationships don't always end because of obvious reasons like betrayal or cheating, they both still care about each other very deeply but they both have a different view on what love means and what they want from each other
4. Love in their 30s (most stories have characters in their teens or 20s)
5. Realistic "villain", he is not just evil for the sake of it
6. People caring for the mc past; his ex, cousins and parents, teachers, this is not mentioned usually in other webtoons or manga but irl people around someone who has been through trauma DO CARE and try to help in their own way
7. Ok plot + good characters + relatable struggles + great character develpment
And from my point of view, I really like the muted color scheme and the drawing style grew on me the longer I read and bonded with the characters.
She is being very emotional and not thinking enough which is mostly what people who cheat do. They idealize what a "perfect relationship" would be with the other partner if circumstances were different but the reality is relationships will not end well if they do not start well.
I don't blame her for her actions and non of the characters seem like trash to me, they all have their priorities set in different things so it is very hard to distinguish right from wrong when they all are in a mess.
I like this mess so whatevs ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
