Welllll depends on “passing out”. Ppl can lose their ability to think/react - But to actually lose conciousmess is technically POSSIBLE but VERYYYY unlikely. During sex your blood pressure is super high bc its literally working out plus extra stimulation. And you only pass out from LOW blood pressure. You can definitely feel dizzy tho.

Kinda like how people with anxiety feel suppper dizzy and like theyre genuinely going to pass out despite it being impossible bc of the raised blood pressure.

So in other words: youd have to either have super boring, slow, sex - OR pass out from an external factor like dehydration or tiredness.

I have definitely passed out during sex. But people tend to stop what they're doing when they realise you're non responsive.
