A lot of people find things hot that are considered socially/morally deviant. More often than not these types of kinks are more fantasy enjoyment than anything they would want to take action on. It seems a bit harsh to call somone elses kink (which is a very common one btw) disgusting. Just say its not to your taste and that you find it offputing and leave it at that. Statisticly more people than not have at least 1 or more socially deviant kinks. Heck, there was even one that over 40% of women said they had rape fantasies.
