I can’t stop getting anxious through Dan’s anxiety. I feel like both JK and Dan need to do something like couples therapy but only not for couples. They both need to open up and communicate to know what each other want, more for jk toward Dan so he knows how to do better after psychologically traumatizing Dan
The novel was very detailed but at least here I can see the picture
this is what I ahve noticed in novel to manhwa adaptations.. it really lacks the flow and details unlike novel.
Like I tried to be in novel world and read
1. To me, who doesn't love you
2. Kiss me if you can
3. Surviving as a player
4. Dazzling Breath
and I can tell you, they glossed over some parts that are integral to the flow of the story and worse offender, some adaptations messed up the order of events which does not give justice. worst offender among the 4 is surviving as a player..
That cousin needs to worry about himself, it feels weird that he’s so persistent about Taeseok’s goals. People change, pace changes. Even if Tae wants to continue his goals, what if he found other purpose in life? Like love??? Maybe he’s learning to take life slower and enjoy each moment. Moving is a big decision for both Dojun and Taeseok, ideally I’d just say they both move, but Dojun needs time to adjust, learn customs and language, and prepare himself for a bigger shift. We’re going to see where they love takes them.

This chapter is what brings us back to the original story line I believe. Very essential in how the two families were intertwined. And idk how but I just had the premonition it’d be about forbidden love, like queer romance and it being a social stigma and taboo. Possibly through Muheon and him, they can break the curse that was dawned the family. I love these plots where two families are intertwined by doomed yuri or yaoi lolll, now it’s up to the current generation to break the curse aka social stigma holding you back from freely loving one another.
