Obv its a complicated situation and everything is very human, we aint always go with the correct solution and perfect solutions for us may not necessarily be the correct for somebody else.
Maxi was reckless for depleting her own health but the responsibility for helping the wounded was higher. Riftan isn't agreeing with her decisions at times and not 'open minded' but it was a very dangerous situation and he could've lost her. Which was a bigger loss for him than losing even the city.
What was a plus for me in riftan was he was there for maxi, prioritizing her recovery not blaming and shouting at her for being reckless, like a strong rock to lean in (and thats also similar to his personality being stoic lol)
Summary is they stubborn and that's what makes this story compelling
All 3 of them got in tragic situations. Ye her issues caused husband to abandon her, she wanted be his only love, but husband still liked navier regardless. I would even say she only loved husband just surface level.(and so did he) And she only got a taste of her own medicine from ergi by the manipulation sht. (If only idiot husband clarified sht beforehand and not belittle navier with her 'impotence')
She had too much dreams of grandiose sht, got way too ahead of herself. She wanted more, the biggest power as the queen. But not the accountability and responsibility of the throne for the people. she isnt fit for it at all.
Obv some people get it to their heads when they get power.. and she is a perfect example of that. Its something she will never grow out of. Pitiful but also stupid.
Either way great writing with their flaws and relationships, and how all of those develop and intertwine together.

Uhhh,, its like they just summarised the whole 3 ch into a scene, which is a common thing with webtoon adaptations. And less nudity.
I did see mature in the webtoon tags here and assumed there would be smut, but it's prob there just for the mature concept/overtones. There probably would be no actual smut chapter if so.

Juliet is mean you say? Obviously she has died hundreds of times just trying to please everything and making sure everythings perfect only for it to all fall down at random times. At some point you don't look at others as human beings. Try watching a movie for 4x straight. Everything gets monotonous and you just see them for their plot character and whatever. she only targeted tybalt because he acted differently and wanted to confirm things. She finally got a lifeline.
Romeo is interesting, I wonder if he develops after remembering the last timelines or he develops for the worse. I do pity his situation because he doesn't have a good support system, in turn making him the annoying asshl he is
And as for the cousin thing, he aint related so it g .he is not of their bloodline, doesn't look like them. They mightve treated each other as 'cousins' but howd you even define that? They could even just have been friends ahhh idk its complex to explain. As long as no blood relation, facial features not similar to actual family (like that one webtoon where family adopted a lookalike daughter and one of the brothers got in a relationship with her...) Relationship like that are fine. Not incst even if it seems like it. Tho i wonder what the real Juliet sees him as.
Also ig her blood has the capacity to remind the characters of previous timeline.
