castor oil (the laxative kind taken orally) u can get it at pharmacies. when i was young nd always got constipated, my aunt would gimme a tablespoon of castor oil and i'd be shitting like crazy after a few hours. i sometimes still take it as constipation treatment, but i prefer Senokot tablets now since i hate the taste of castor oil
