it's definitely milder than what i expected it to be from the comments, if u read some s&m stories then this is not that bad but still it was cruel, i don't get how Hazuki stayed by him love him or not no matter how much sympathy one has it's hard to stick around someone like that, but in the end everything paid off, my only complaint is after all this un-lovey-ness the sweetness only lasted for a short amount of time & that is NOT okay we should have more scenes of Hazuki being loved gently after all he's been through & we've been through too, i'm really so mad that there wasn't enough lovey dovey scenes after all that pain >:(
