I only ask bc I've read quite a few and not once has an Alpha taken the Omega to a hospital to help; secondly Alphas have more sperm and semen than any other gender that is why there is a 100% pregnancy rate for Omegas in heat x Alpha when you throw knotting in there which makes it so Alpha semes can't pull out even if they wanted to you get 20 min of ejaculation ...none of that is unusual enough to comment on for someone well read in the genre.

and about the sex part, other omegaverse mangas have semes who can't handle the heat of the omega or just assholes who want to rape the omega, in this one in particular the seme seemed to be doing fine and since he was acting so overbearingly it didn't feel right that he chose to have sex with him instead of taking him to a hospital (which did happen in a few omegaverse mangas that i've read) or give him suppressants.
i really don't want Qing Yu to end up with Cheng Jing, it doesn't feel right at all. at first i was rooting for the uncle but i see now that they're not gonna happen :/
