Here's my take on guessing..
liam is definitely the prince.. liam is from the future how? we don't know yet.
cordelia maybe the kid from the princess and the knight.. And here comes the confusing part.. the author maybe the knight, the princess and the 'son' went to different place but the knight stayed behind for what reason we don't know.. and the knight (father) wrote their story and before the 'mother/princess' died she went back to the knight, remember where there is time gap between two places? my guess is the knight died first because of old age, remember when the prince liam said the place (hut) looks clean? the mother cleaned it? but i think it's a different person who made the tombstone for the two, it could be prince liam from the future or cordelia from the future herself..
here comes my second guess, cordelia is the one who wrote the second part of the book.. i just had the feeling.
at least let the kid knows that she has another dad and she has a family (not that she doesn't have one)

here's my guess, fan is some kind of different species not entirely human or sort.. and i think he has some connection to how clea made a deal with the demon (not that fan introduced clea to the demon or sort, more like she found a book of fan or something) cause if fan knows about the demon he wouldn't act so suspicious abt how clea changed smell so i think he's not sus but at the same time yes..

My guess is they might be siblings or cousins.. the guy he was drinking with (the baker) in this chapter he looks like the author cause i saw the earrings and how is the actor mentioned in the story just like that he might play a significant role soon..
