Personally I gave up hiding from my older sister a long time ago and she does tease me from time to time, but I do read a bit of everything (bl, straight, gl) so whenever she teases me I go "well I don't mind the gender as long as there's romance" and she can't say much abt it lol. But the tension before getting found out was reallll. I bet there must be so much more tension for you because it's a brother, they usually are more explosive and sensitive.

I also thank mine for not caring abt what I consume much because one time when I was in my early teens, my youtube accidentally connected to the tv and if you're from my era, you will know that at that time the doujinshis and mangas had free roam on youtube without restriction. The thing is, what showed on tv when my dad was in the middle of watching it and I was upstairs wasn't even something I was watching at all, but something I clicked on accident on the recommended videos to watch next. Most shocking of all is that it was a video doujinshi of cosmo from fairy oddparents with another fairy dude... My dad called me over downstairs and I got scolded quite a bit but he never brought that up ever again as if he forgot completely. I think he doesn't want to have anything to do with whatever me and my sis read or watch, and same thing with my mom. As long as they can remain oblivious they are fine with whatever we are into as long as it isn't harmful to ourselves or them.
