So if Cheon Ho's yin obstruction gets treated by our Soun's yang obstruction (a trait that's been hidden and reduced by the pills), then the Dang (Soun's father's clan) and Blood sect are going to use Cheon Ho's body as a vessel to resurrect Hyeol Seon (the bad guy). So Soun is used as a pawn for their evil plans. Then it'd be better for Cheon Ho to not get better, his obstruction will eventually kill the evil soul (based on what he believes himself)

Only that it unnerved people to the point of causing hysteria plus the natural disasters made it worse. I'm thinking that either his dad dies of an injury or kills himself, & guwon lived with the body, went crazy, and "killed" him.
