I like that he didn’t except the martial arts and he still has to struggle while being inexperienced. He was already given a starter pack of poisonous blood, different martial arts from different clans, and amazing knowledge. I rather enjoy him getting a slow development in power while getting revenge then him quickly gaining experience and more techniques forced on him.
