I think it's when at the starting of the series when Joo quite literally raped him even after he said no a lot of times, and when Dan almost got raped by those guys and Joo instead of making him rest fucked him till he passed out to the point he himself had to call a doctor.
If we compare def this is better but this doesn't justify the fact that Joo raped him and that's why people want Dan to leave Joo.
And honestly it's Dan him leading Joo will be like Joo going easy on sex
