Idk what to tell you Dan just likes them toxic, he gone to the abyss ain’t no saving him. On the other hand yess, we’ve been building up to jaekyung’s downfall for the WHOLE fucking seasons. She is intentionally writing it so you will hate the seme but she gives clues to his real personality. He has bad behaviors. He is a toxic man-child who doesn’t know how to handle many situations. The people here will over exaggerate his actions and are overly critical.
If you read to read it you will miss things but if you read to understand the situations and characters, you will understand them better.
Most people that comments here are haters. So the answers will have details not fitting the actual story and filled with hate.
It is healthier on other sites. This is a real popular story. So just read it and make up your own mind and don’t rely on others.
I agree with you actually. I don’t hate the ML in fact I actually like that he’s flawed in this way, it makes the plot so much more compelling and it really makes you emotionally invested in their relationship.
I read this with an open mind and my finale verdict is that I actually think the ML is just a big as idiot. Like dude makes a terrible choice and goes “am I the problem? No I’m perfect, it could never be me” and continues to be his own issues. The character writing is very consistent in this and it’s finally pushing Dan to grow as a character, which is just peak writing for both of them.

I cannot get a vibe on these characters they’re to inconsistent, words and actions are not matching and I feel like the author just likes to throw in random things. So just when I think I understood their character motivations it’s like they do a 180 completely. Like I really think this would’ve done better as a shounen ai
I was enjoying my time reading this and then a thought popped into my head “Man this story really was written by a Japanese person“ (no offense it’s just one of those things that takes you out of the immersion like, so they this is how they see foreigners kind of way)
