Seeing ppl attacking the mc cus he exposed rik in front of the whole school is..smth.
Am not saying what he did is not wrong and absolutely messed up but tbh, I see what both mc and rik did in the same level of petty. For God's sake they're literally minors that have been traumatised on different levels by different methods. If u think mc's trauma is less valuable than rik's u are wrong. Don't u have those moments in life when smth bad happens to u and u think like ure the only one suffering on earth even tho there r probably other ppl that suffered way worst than u?
For example if rik himself had a friend that let's say: got raped in their childhood, yall will compare rik's trauma with theirs saying that rik's is lower and not that deep. What am trying to say is ppl always compare based on what THEY see is worst and they never put themselves in the person that suffer from that certain trauma's shoe.
(I hope yall understood what I said I was in a hurry so I wrote this fast)
Omg this is so fucking good wth. It gave me some major creepy vibes, I think it's because of the way some expressions are drawn by the author like they seem so creepy. Idk how to explain it but their eyes.. and the last scenes with the bloody grass and the sheep looking at the mc are so creepy. If any1 has recommendations of smth like this gimme
Idk if any1 remembers this I might be delusional. But do yall remember when wooju came to cha's house when he saw cha naked there was this man, I think cha's sex partner or smth, he left after cha told him to. But the tension between him and cha was.. smth. And cha looked at him longer for some reason I might be delusional but I think that's a future side ship since we're sure wooju is ending up with Mr.blondie.
Idk about yall but this is one of the best manhwas I read from the plot side I liked the plot twists and it's the first manhwa I read that actually deserves the psychological tag
I SEE MY FAVSSS (esp checkmate & whats with this strange dream). i didnt mean to say ur taste is bad or anyth i just think this specific manhwa lost its plot after the ml raped the mc for 5 chaps straight (it was decent before that) so im just pretty disappointed with it i guess.
if u ever wanna try some (imo) rly interesting and good psychological bls i'd rec:
murderer llewelyn's enchanting dinner invitation (literally a masterpiece)
the black mirror
hwang young's misery
No dw I didn't take it like that lmao, also am obsessed with checkmate it's so freaking good. and about the lost its plot thing yeah well that's true but I still liked how it turned out in the end not the relationship between the ml and my but rather the "murder" plot.
Also am gonna read ur first recommendation cus I wanted to read it from a long time and ur last too, and I alrd read black mirror its soooooo good I liked it but it left me so confused about the shadows and things that both the main characters can see. I didn't quite understand them. THANK U THO
The the plot is plotting and the art style is yummy but I just feel uncomfortable from the consent side tbh... like the story is light without much angst for now ig but looking at these creatures having their rights taken off from them and being tortured like this is just not right it's like any racist concept irl and it makes me uncomfortable especially cus they play it off with sex and later the characters act like all their problems are solved while they're very mentally unstable and need to have as much rights as normal humans BUT ANYWAYS IG THE STORY IS JUST FOR FUN AND GAMES SO NO HATE
Yall can sm1 spoil the very end of the novel is there a love trope do they end up w each other or is it gonna be some other shit either way still disgusting
they end up with each other but juyeon will never/can't comprehend or accept what they have as love, they live together and have a really twisted codependency on each other and the mc becomes kind of like a dog. ML does a lot of disgusting stuff to MC as revenge for what MC did to him when they were younger, and through this they develop a trauma bond....MC is permanently changed and no longer the arrogant egotistic dude he is in the beginning but a shell of himself, he stays more quiet and obeys every command of Juyeon,, he quit college and is unemployed. His societal appearance is what mattered the most to him and it was shattered when juyeon leaked videos and photos of him, he kind of loses his perception of reality after a lot of vile things happen. I'm surprised he never tried to commit afterwards, he lives like a ghost

The plot is all over the place but the art is good. And besides the non con stuff that was happening in the beginning I like their dynamic...? I mean the mc and ml cus they both seem obsessed w each other and I like how the ml is kinda gentle (?) W the mc most of the times.
