Hii I am from India. But even though there is punishment, mostly no reports are lodged either out of fear or shame. Those lodged are not really looked after and the punishment in even most of the severe cases gets long tome almost 8-9 years in a barbaric rape case . So yeah not really proud of this judiciary.
