The art style changed a lot, but the side characters were pretty big in the main story. Siwoon is the guy that Suha was living with after he got angry from his mom. Red head is the guy that was kinda the main antagonist for the main story.

There's a ton of Main Characters out there that worse than this cheating hypocrite pos. There are tons of really popular works where one of the main characters (be it Main Character/Lead, Male lead, Second Male Lead) are rapists, kidnappers, murder, violent, manipulative, abusive, scammers, stalkers, bullies, part of a gang, just overall pos or etc. If you need specific works, out of the top of my head right now I have Blind something, where the MC is a male prostitute that pretends to be Blind to scam and steal rich clients and the Male Lead is a serial killer, or even Killing Stalking where the Lead is a Stalker and the ML is another serial killer. There's no lack of assholes in the Yaoi market (•-• ")

I forgot it's Blind something, but it got removed from mangago bc if I'm not mistaken was from the author went crazy with illegal readers, called everyone cockroaches, threatened to sue / "delete" the uploader from existence . Ya know the reason why the comments/questions and everything else were turned off for the last 2 years D: (I could be confusing authors, at the time there were a few author who were after mangago but I'm pretty sure was them)
