Ehh am I the only one who is not that freaked out? Like its the apocalypse and the town obviously has rules that need to be followed, in current world this kind of punishment is not fitting. But in their world where resources are shared and sacred this is just how it works.…Ml definitely doesn’t have all the screws in his head right haha but he still feels kind of like hmmm naive? Seems like he was not raised by anyone, he has child like personality and thinks very black and white. It really shows in this scene. I don’t consider him a red flag tho he definitely has some psychological issues. I find his personality very interesting so nice to see bl that is not completely predictable.

Bcuz if you take a normal everyday person like you and me (or this case mc who used to work the most harmless peaceful job) and subject to the most brutal way to kill somebody (whixh is beating them to death) you're bound to feel something
I believe the mc is shaken up bcuz the town folk so easily voted for killing a full human being for such a silly matter (albeit in his eyes) it shook him up how little the human life mattered for the person he took as his savour and who he was romantically/sexually involved in
And the zombie apocalypse does NOT make murder okay, murder becomes a necessity but nowhere near okay or morally justified (especially to another human being) like empathy and the moral compass doesn't just poof! disappear -- when a zombie breakout happens.
Like as regular person id have it hard killing a ZOMBIE because hypothetically they'd look like humans yk?

Actually no it isn’t lol. From all the zombie shows and movies I’ve seen, people who get banished from the community usually come back for revenge and screw everyone over. Since they know the layout and can come back with new people to take over, steal, and kill. No mercy = no opportunity to get more to people suffer.

It was never green forest from the moment they met lol. I think some readers forget that. ML only takes in useful people into the community. That’s why when ML and MC met for the first time, he was either just gonna leave MC or kill him, until he found out MC was useful. His strictness was already shown from the start. Also MC has his own shady mystery going on. Remember when MC literally had a knife up to ML in his semi-conscious state? He didn’t even realize what he did and then the scene was brushed off. MC got some fighting skills that hasn’t been addressed.

I like that mc is not naive and sees how possessive ml is and accepts that part of him. And I like that while ml is possessive he still understands that there are things that go too far (like cameras at home). Ml definitely has some things he needs to work on but I think they work well together actually.

I love that they both show mazo and dom tendencies hahah. Yanus report always gets higher when Eyra hurts him, and Eyra has dom fantasies when he has Yanu chained as a dragon. But actually they mostly do it the other way hahah

I actually disagree, I wouldn’t call Yanu submissive top at all. He obviously takes dominant role when they do it, he controls the pacing, also manhandles Eyra. I think his mazo tendencies come from the fact that his mate is doing it and that nobody else in the world can do that to him so it feels special.
And Eyra doesn’t seem like dom bottom to me either. He is sub when they do it. Tho you are welcome to disagree. He does show dom tendencies especially when Yanu is in dragon form.
I know position doesn’t define who is dom or sub, but as I said I think they both show both tendencies in different scenarios, so I would define them versatile, which is extremely rare to see in written works and thats why I love it!
I meaaaan he just needs someone to educate him about empathy since he seems a bit psychotic… maybe mc can be that person. Hopefully no sa it would ruin thisss
