i like this ending. i originally dropped it bc i thought it was going to be a long drawn out love triangle with the dad and the son but boy was i wrong. i liked how the author got rid of that piece a trash.

I think the guy that said “bring me Ian” is in the same gang as TJ and wants to move against him to take over. Will probably use Ian to take TJ down, and that’s why TJ didn’t want Ian to come to the old Boss’s funeral so people wouldn’t know he’s still around or something.
