My ick sometime is when the psycho somehow immediately not psycho-ing when he's in love. Like for example he's that way for years and years, that kind of upbringing wont change in a second just because the love interest say "no dont do that, no pls no kill" and this manhwa is consistent about the blackness of the seme. I mean I wouldn't be surprised if there's a rape scene in problematic story, that's the triggering plot and like you would expect it if there's in the tag and all like any other red flag story
But this story started smooth, scamming, petty criminal act. I say. And then boom, the naive guy suddenly become rapist????? It's so unnecessary, the author can skip the rape though and make jaeyi throws money like in the end and make Mooyoung doing the redemption arc for his scam. Now, .... Readers attention are distracted to the fact that jaeyi raped him, and it would be his redemption instead of Mooyoung.
Also adding, i dont like that the author hinting the old man would be the "rival" or some shit. He's already good for 'brother figure' but it's already hinting him being 'shady' or it's just me misunderstanding seoin's words.
If the author adds conflict including that old man being attached to yeongwoon I'd be mad. Why can't he just be protective brother figure/father figure like being protective in a family way, rather than becoming the supposed rival for seoin. I hope he won't.
