I'm curious too, the only thing I can think is to use it as a step when you sit down - because of female uterus position [especially reverse uterus] the pressure on the colon is unhealthy when you sit normally, so you must raise your knees above hips while sitting and put feet on step in front of toilet. All other toilet "chairs" is meant to raise the toilet seat but comes with a frame - doesn't look like that one and is usually for elderly or germ freaks. Probably regular anal is also unhealthy so it is better to have the colon in the healthy position when cleaning out cum for your uke or something?
