oh you can't do what google translate (for photos) on laptops, unfortunately. it only works for phones.
i u wanna try: use your phone to translate the panels on your laptop using Google Translate. just open GOOGLE LENS, point it at the panels or the text/dialogue you want to translate, and tap the 'TRANSLATE' button.
