It’s a BL manga. The seme played in the park with the twins during his childhood. Ofc, he developed a crush on one of them. I think he got the wrong name of his crush lol. He asked an adult at that time and I guess the misunderstanding started there. They all grew up and I remember one twin brother acted all kind and innocent to fool the seme. The uke was actually the other twin brother instead. The uke and seme relationship wasn’t that good at first. But seme soon realized that uke was his crush during childhood.

He’s like “hey, I caused this mess and I expect you to clean up this mess with me.”
This manga had potential if it wasn’t because of that. I bet they’ll have the father die or something, so the MC can become stronger that kind of logic.
