The passed out event was what he imagine was going tho happens. So it didn’t happend it was just his imagination (that’s maybe why it was in black)
Chpt. 53: Yoon calls Jinwon and finds out Dung Se Eun is with Wonwoo. On his way there, we see a flashback to what happened the night Wonwoo “Spent” the night at Se Eun’s room after Wonwoo saw him with the red hair girl.
