Actually nobody is at fault here. Of course Jo-yoon will follow his ex and try to resume their relationship.. his time stopped 5 years ago, for him nothing has changed... if feel so sorry for him.. not only did he nearly die, he lost so much time due to being in coma and after his return he finds out that his boyfriend has given up the search and is in a new relationship...
