Actually...i just thought they were joking around about the "just die" part as siblingssince in most manhwas i've read the siblings be telling each other to "fuck off" "go die" or calling them names like "bitch" and weird stuffs like that and its seen as comedy so i didn't really think much of it but it was serious then ig? I understand his bitterness tho. Because if i am in his position i would also feel hurt by my fathers situation, like both of them are heroes but one is treated unfairly even though he lost his leg and the other one is treated with respect and gain power from it. But aside from that, him blaming Nora about that is just wrong especially because he knows what he's been through. Maybe he's just too angry about his reality that's why he wants to blame someone. I'm just glad that Nora didn't hear any of his bullshit ( T﹏T )

i understand his resentment too. I think most people can despite how they may deny it at first, because sometimes seeing someone having a better standard of living and having the things you never dream of having be a norm to them, it makes it easier dehumanize them and belittle their problems.

Def bitterness. And like others have said resentment and hatred towards not specifically Nora but towards the unfair difference between nobles and common folks that both fought for the war. I'm gonna guess this episode is but a prelude of the growing resentment in the people. I mean the kingdom overall is not doing great for the common folks and even if years passed the wound the prev war caused is still echoing. Nobles seems untouched for now...
