I don't know how the author will justify the lack of contact and gosthing for 10 years... I think at least we deserve a chasing arc.
I think the final blow was knowing that she was his daughter... ngl I can't hate him because after everything he had to go through it left him too mentally ill, obviously it doesn't excuse what he did, also FL is not to blame for having been born in that position but it is also implied that she preferred to live in ignorance and live quietly, which is not right but you cannot hate her for that either.

since the majority asked for the story to return to the main plot, the author did it without mercy haha, an arc with pure angst is coming ╥﹏╥

Ngl I'm enjoying the side story more than I expected
The whole story kept me interested and the ending woah...I think the two protagonists have a similar obsession with each other ngl, I hope the ML can avenge his family..
