Off the beaten track

These are mangas with stories or plot lines with something new and fresh, not just following tired cliches.
There are a few tried and tested plot lines that are used over and over again in manga - reuniting with childhood friend/lover, miscommunication (both love each other but think it's unrequited), amnesia etc. But once in a while, we get something new and fresh. This is a collection of such mangas.
