Not much tbh, the girls (about 5 i believe) do love Kiyoung and he too kinda treats them well towards the end but there's no specific love interest and nothing romantic happens(except for like rings exchange but not too romantic).
So basically just mild romance, the story is mostly focused on action I'd say
