I mean that doesn't mean shes going to be evil ? There're tons of manga where shady characters are introduced but they don't turn out to be evil, just ambitious and they have their own goals but still help the main couple later in the plot so im hoping she's that kind of character

It kinda remind me of what happened with Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. Like yes when dealing with rape scandal we should definitely side with the victim but we should also take a step back and look at the evidence and give the aggressor the benefit of the doubt if it's not convincing.
I can understand why ppl turn on seungmin and he understood too when he made his choice that the public opinion would turn on him cos rape scandal are very serious, even if it's just accusation with no evidence, it can definitely destroy a career (and in a way that's good bc for a long time being accused of rape meant the victim was just blacklisted and nothing happened to the aggressor). And before yall are like 'there's no evidence': they have eyewitnesses, even if they're fake that's pretty solid and i would probably have turned on him too if i was in there if not for the fact that the way the incident has been played in the media over the years is definitely suspicious
Innocent before proven guilty, treating the victim like a victim sometimes do blur the case. Whenever it comes to rape accusations I feel like people should wait before making more accusations, let the justice system do its work, those who do have clues should go to the police and not hold it to themselves. (for the Amber heard thing)
The problem with Seungmins case is delaying it rules out vital clues. Even if it stressed the girl out, going ahead and approaching the police immediately would have been the best option. If they had done that the animosity and anger in people's lives around this dude would've been better. Seungmin preferred to help his friend preserve the little bit of her integrity that she had left so chose the hard route.
