if im being completely honest his og hairstyle was way easier to draw than his current hairstyle so idt its a matter of making things simpler to draw and more of story & character design choices cos chungmyung did mention tang zhan looks similar to tang bo, same with the hair color too since I feel like the perception of tb hair being brown was mostly affected by fanwork
studio lico has balls of steel to change his hairstyle tho considering hes prob the most well loved character in the novel.... idk how kr readers are gonna react when this chapter finally becomes free LMFAO
