The reason this manhwa even with all these chapters intrigues me and keeps me invested is because it keeps the original tension without being overly frustrating. The main character is morally flawed and not illusioned but she’s still not completely heartless. The villain is terrifying in a sense and even the reverse harem is interesting with each character not just being “ooohhh penelope I wav you.”










Low key, I get the uke. Poverty and desperation are no joke, to the point that regular social relations feel like a luxury. The way he lived, he was getting beat up and hurt, regardless, at least here, if he behaves a certain way, he can have financial stability.
Honestly yeah and even if he "acts wrong"(like an independent adult) he gets beat up but thats no worse than b4. So net win overall
