I love seeing the character development, especially for Yamato. Being a teenager absolutely sucks, it's not always rose-coloured and most teenagers are very emotionally unstable. I love reading how Yamato is slowly coming into himself and gaining a steady view and values for himself. I can't wait for more chapters (づ￣ ³￣)づ

We're only three chapters in an already we see just how disgustingly greedy humans are. Aaaand here comes the generic cliche of the church selfishly using religion to get what they want. The nice thing is that the animals are absolutely adorable. I wish I had a Ras of my own to hug. Albeit a smaller version of it (≧∀≦)
Well, yeah in Japanese manga the church are always the bad guys. Like those that take advantage of religion which is true in the past but, the monarchs does the same thing.

Maybe in the past, in fantasy genre in manga and webtoon set during the past or with magical themes. Today, if someone does that they are usually from those that are still very attached to the metaphysical forces and superstitions. Or weird cults...

I'm starting to feel more and more that the reason Mary wants to terminate Addie's contract is so she can snatch him up and marry him. It's obvious she wants Addie to be by her side, but it's evident that Addie (even though he's her attendant) listens more to her father than to Mary herself (≧∀≦)
