The moment he tries or if there is even anything remotely suggesting that Caesar goes absolutely bonkers, lee won has tried multiple times and has thought about it even more but hes very obviously scared that hes gonna get shot again we can see that with those flashbacks he keeps having. Hes in an abusive relationship that he literally cannot get out of the least he can do is spend less time with the person that wants to hold him hostage. Pay attention to the story next time please.

oh dear, you're reading this like he was ever going to leave in the first place, do you know where you are? are we reading a story where lee won is actively planning to leave at any point? does he not regard him as a lover and not someone he reluctantly has sex with to "keep sane"
pay attention to my wording "he doesnt want to" even if he had a choice, that's not the author's intent with the side stories and not what the character wants to achieve, if you want a "satisfying" story where big scary mob boss is mean to everyone but his honey bun then you should've stopped reading when he pointed a gun at a child

additionally, he is not against spending time with him, his intent is not to avoid Caesar.. he's just spending time with his dad more which is a ploy by the author to get Caesar jealous for the sex that may happen soon.. pay more attention next time?

He literally tried to leave multiple times in the story and even in the side story he still thinks about leaving Caesar from time to time but then gets flashbacks or Ceasar does something crazy and lee won decides to put that thought aside for like the tenth time, if he were given a chance to leave Russia and never come back without getting harmed or anyone else getting harmed its very obvious he would have as that was his intention before Caesar went crazy and decided it would be great to mentally and philosophically fuck up lee won.

And i wasn’t looking for a satisfying story i was looking for a complicated one as those are one of my favorites because they help me regulate my emotions and they are just more interesting for me in general, i like Caesar as a complicated and fucked up character he even reminds me of myself but me liking him as a character isnt going to make me forget or put aside what kind of person he actually is, the fact that their relationship is toxic and abusive is a literal fact he literally traumatised lee won calling him his boyfriend and demanding he soends time with him is just weird.

Plus lee won was pretty reluctant on spending time with Caesar to me it seemed like he felt as tho he had to spend time with him or his father not because he wants to but because he feels obligated to

the vibes we're getting are completely different, like I said, if this was more normal, Lee Won would do these logical actions but its not. He doesn't hate Caesar because that is his boyfriend in the end of it all, he's not leaving anytime soon and he isn't wanting to avoid him because that's not a character motive, most recent chapter has him fretting over Caesar's injury and staring at his phone in anticipation for him to text while at his dad's.
Only reason he'll be pissy in the next chapter is because he's missing out on work and that'll be thrown out quickly.
