Im certain that alpha and beta can't have kids but not quite about omega and beta (buy i have a hunch that it might not be, bc of the even if im an omega dont forget the condome scene). I think so. Most omegaverse are like that, though in some it would be harder for the omega to get pregnant but if you think about it, it would make more sense because all omegas have uterus and all it needs is sperm while male betas who are bottoms don't have one.
