I might be wrong, but this is what I understood. Woojin (brown hair short dude) is this really good looking gay guy that has many issues (e.g insecurity) and sleeps around without any concern for himself or others. He is impulsive and runs away literally and figuratively. He meets Hwon (black hair glasses sometimes) who says he fell for him at first sight. They get into a casual relationship and like usual Woojin is flightly and cheats on him, but Hwon always finds him and says he loves him anyways. Hwon is suspicious and has many issues too. Eventually, Hwon says he's tired and wants to leave Woojin, but Woojin is now "in love". So Hwon and Woojin now live together in a codependent relationship. Woojin can't function without Hwon now. Side notes: it's implied that Hwon is the one with the power in the relationship and that he finally has what he always wanted which is Woojin v desperate and dependent on him. He's really shady and seems to have went after Woojin on purpose. And may have something to do with his older sister.
Also the other tall black haired guy is his step brother who he used to have a big crush on or at least was v attracted to, but the older brother knew that and messed with him on purpose (like mentally/emotionally. Woojin seems to be over him now since he loves Hwon now. His step bro is shady too but we don't know his motives yet.
