Because bangs for whatever reason always makes the ukes look so much younger and feminine. Hence why these mangas/manhwas were chosen as the ukes:
- don't have bangs (even in explicit scenes) 
- may have bangs but still maintain their really masculine look/looks like their age and not feminine/not suddenly beautified
