1. He has trauma, he said he wouldn't say no. It's like... Idk it give me the vibes guys, when he said “i wouldn't say no.” it sounded so... Sad. Like he was used to being forced to the point he wouldn't say no anymore. + He acts like a kid, he doesn't know basic things.
2. He's homophobic. He actually just has a motive for teach and wants to toy w him.

Or
3. He's actually a supernatural being possessing the body of “guwon” who's true owner actually is dead. I mean at the last part of chap 13, he termed himself in third person while looking at the mirror. It could either be someone possessing the body of the so called guwon, or he has DID or personality disorder because one moment he acts like a kid, another moment he acts HOMOPHOBIC

I continued reading because I saw kind of character development in season 1. Seeing this just made that hope go down. That is so messed up to do to someone you love wth? I would immediately break up w them if it were me that is so traumatizing. Like it made my stomach do the thing. Not not butterflies. Fucking wanting to throw up

My thoughts:
— ending and everything was Soo rushed
— had so much potential at first then utterly went nuke in the end
— I personally didn't feel him have chemistry with ANY of the leads it's so rushed and everyone was just either annoying him or harassing him... One even graped him and we still don't know who it is to this day.
1. Silence (novel) is the actual original world, the world they're in right now is Huimins “Made up” world, Novel Huimin was so traumatized and unstable he drew pictures of what he would've wanted to happen, what life he would've wanted to live and it did happen. So their world is the one made up, not the other way around.
2. It could be that the way Huimin went back to the “novel” was that because he read their original world (The novel) causing him to go back to there, but not as the Huimin Seo of the novel, but the Huimin Seo he wanted to be. No trauma, no problems in life, just pure and innocent, back to when he knew nothing.
Also take note that the person who made him read silence was Iheon. You can see from the silhouette back in Chapter 1, it was Iheon who gave the book. But why? That is a theory I can't make.

He maybe made him read it so that in case they return to the world, Huimin will remember. It would be easier to communicate if Huimin knows what happens next. But Huimin kept denying he knew something, so Iheon probably thought it didn't work.
It still helped them, since Huimin was less traumatized when he came back to the novel world, thinking it was a fantasy.
Maybe to get him back to the novel world? Since Iheon went to the “parallel” world and sees the novel maybe he realizes at some point that he isn’t a character from a book, it’s just his life was recorded as a novel and he tries to go back with Huimin?? Or maybe this is just transmigration??? I’m so confused it’s killing me
No, he realized that the time they had outside the novel was running out, since it was created by Huimin's pictures. As soon as the last picture happens, they will leave that world. So he wanted to make sure Huimin would retain the carefree personality, since that way they can bet together.
Was this shown yet?? The latest chapter was him seeing the actual scene play out from the pictures that are in the safe. I don’t remember seeing that time will run out from that.
