I had someone following me and my family when we were on vacation when I was 12-13 years old. I was paranoid for years after that (I never told my parents that we were being followed). I even managed to take a photo of the guy just to be able to tell myself "you're not crazy".

We were sitting outside at a restaurant in Italy when this guy came riding past us on a bicycle. A few minutes later he came back on foot and sat down on a bench across the restaurant. After we ate, we went to a public toilet and he walked past us as we left. That was one out of several times our eyes met. We walked the same way as he did but he was suddenly gone. A minute later he was walking behind us. When we got to our car, I told my parents that I wanted to take a photo. So I just stood there with my camera and waited for the guy to walk in front of the viewfinder before taking the picture. 10 minutes later we left Italy which made me feel relieved because we weren't in the same country as that guy anymore.
